Developing a new logo or website is an exciting and personal experience for a business or organization. So, it's very important for us to have happy clients that are excited and involved in their project. A creative partnership with a no pressure atmosphere is what we guarantee... here's how:

 

Unlike most design firms or ad agencies, we accept no money up front. We look at it like this: If a customer spends a couple of weeks and isn't getting the results that were agreed upon, they should be under no financial obligation to us.

 

At the very least, you will have learned a few things to better prepare you for the next contractor. We don't get paid until you are happy and there are never hidden costs.

 

There are no financial risks by giving us a chance to help develop or enhance your brand. If you aren't getting the results that you're looking for, you are out no money and we will even help find other agencies that may better fit your needs. There is no pressure.

 

Basic Workflow

Our first step is a conversation. We will discuss your needs, set goals and work out project timelines and deadlines. Next, we will present you with a detailed project plan and cost summary.

 

After you are happy with how the project looks on paper, we begin the design phase. Depending on the project type, we present you with concept designs, storyboards, logo drafts and edit until final drafts are complete.

 

Once the creative elements have been approved, we set hard deadlines and move forward as laid out in the project plan.

For the past 6 years I have worked as a Communications Director for a Little Rock non-profit organization. I started this business to stay current in evolving media trends so that I could better serve my employer.

 

I use my off time to help businesses and start-up organizations in their marketing and branding efforts. Due to my demanding schedule, I only take one or two clients at any given time and do not actively advertise. This website acts as a visual portfolio and relays general information about the business and its practices.
